Service descriptions, features, timelines, and pricing are as stated on our website or invoice at the time of purchase, and are subject to change per Section 10 of our Disclaimer and Section 9 of our Refund Policy.
Boost Re-Up does not guarantee specific results from any service unless expressly stated in writing for that service. See our Disclaimer for full details on result expectations.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are considered placed once payment is submitted and confirmed. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may be subject to change without notice for future orders.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Flutterwave, Paystack, or card networks). We are not responsible for issues caused by those providers’ systems, outages, or policies.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided — including account details, usernames, links, and content — is accurate and that you have the rights to submit it.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have the rights and permissions for any content, music, or materials submitted
Complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform your service touches (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Boomplay, Audiomack, and others)
Any consequences resulting from inaccurate information or unauthorized content you provide

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may interact with third-party platforms that operate under their own terms, algorithms, and enforcement practices, which may change without notice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to these platforms unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms — including content removal, account restrictions, or policy changes — that affect the performance of a purchased service.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Boost Re-Up’s website or services to:
Submit unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content
Impersonate another person or entity
Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform in a manner that creates legal exposure for Boost Re-Up
